Help trilogy vs trial act... - Guild Wars Forums

Hello. Newbie here. I started with t rial act and then quickly decided to buy the gild wars trilogy. I bought is and it shows up in gamestop as Guild Wars Trilogy. I downloaded it and installed . did run and got updates. However, when I play it shows up as the trial acct even t hough it says trilogy. I can't drop ittems because it thinks i am on trial. What do I need to do to fix this?

The software itself is irrelevant. What you're actually paying for is the account, which you have to link to your existing trial account. You should have received a serial key, a string of numbers/letters. Log in to the game, and at the bottom go to "Edit Account." On the next screen, choose "Manage Access Keys." That will tell you all the things you have registered to your account. Click the Add Key button to add your key, and that should unlock full access for you.

ok. i have the serial key. i am in game and looking at bottom but see nothing to manage account. i went to menu and did not see it there either. probably me being blind but...
